This resort at Big Bear Lake is famous for their fun alpine slide that’s described as So Cal’s authentic bobsled experience. You take a chairlift to the top of the individually controlled sleds to the bottom of the hill. You can see the snow-capped peak of Mt. Baldy from the IE and is fairly close to us. They have a tubing park that offers various packages for some fun in the snow. You can also park alongside the way to the top and just have some snow fights on your own.

Wrightwood has tons of places to play in the snow. Some areas are right off the edge of the highway as you get there and others are at Mountain Hardware. If you go there, you’ll need a parking pass and map before you go out and play.
